What it is

Group Coaching is an ongoing, year-round program that combines Curriculum Based Training Calls, Agent Only Coaching Calls and Skill Drills Role-Play Calls. Every class is live on Zoom with your coach(es), working through the curriculum to master the key concepts that take your agency to the next level.
The calls are interactive, with role play and discussion. Your agency also gets the recordings and resources in the Risk Advisor Resource Center.
