What it is
With Private Coaching, you and your team members work one-on-one with your coach(es) twice a month for eight months. You also get every Group Coaching class: Team Group Coaching Calls, Agent Only Coaching Calls and Skill Drills Calls.
Your coach covers Life, Auto, Health and the ‘Your World’® Conversation. Private Coaching doesn't follow the curriculum step by step. It is designed around your agency's specific needs and challenges.
After eight months, you can continue Private Coaching or move to Group Coaching only. Calls are recorded, and your team has access to the Risk Advisor Resource Center's videos and resources.

How long is Private Coaching?
Eight months of twice-monthly sessions. After that, you can continue Private Coaching or move to Group Coaching only. [Client to confirm: another page lists 12 sessions over 6 months.]
How is it different from Group Coaching?
Group Coaching follows the curriculum step by step. Private Coaching adds one-on-one sessions focused on your agency's specific needs and challenges, and it still includes every group call.
